    This goat's cheese perfectly combines the typical taste of goat's cheese, between acidic and mild, with an interesting addition of black pepper that makes the difference on any cheese board. The black pepper gives us a definite and pronounced smell.

    When cut, inside it has a broken white color and a buttery texture. In the mouth it is aromatic, tastes and with slightly spicy notes, with personality. In short, a tasty cheese.
