    Without added preservatives is made in fibran casing from the best lean pork and Iberian blood subjected to a controlled curing and drying process. The piece is seasoned with spices that give it an authentic and intense flavour and a characteristic smell. It is a completely natural product with a high protein, iron, and phosphorus content, all of which are highly recommended for a healthy diet.
