Señorío de Montanera's ecological acorn-fed Ibérico chorizo is made with a 100% natural recipe, without preservatives or artificial additives. It comes from 100% acorn-fed Ibérico pigs reared on certified organic farms, whose protection is essential for the sustainability of biodiversity and the environment.
The organic acorn-fed Ibérico chorizo stands out for its marbled appearance, with darker and more ochre tones due to the absence of nitrites in its preparation. It does not contain any type of binding agent or artificial additive, which gives it a delicate, meaty texture that melts in the mouth. Its aroma is warm and enveloping and its flavour is marked by hints of paprika and garlic, characteristic flavours of the traditional 'matanzas' of Extremadura.
It is labelled with the European Union's organic food seal.
