70 cl bottle of Demonio de los Andes Pisco Acholado, from Valle de Ica, Peru.

The Pisco Demonio de los Andes Acholado is an "Acholado" distilled, a term defining the mongrel, conquerors and conquered crosses, and the combination of Albilla, Quebranta, Torontel, Italia and Moscatel grapes. It may take 7.5 kg. grapes, to produce one liter of pisco patiently-distilled copper, called Charente. Fine and pleasant with complex aromas such as ripe pear.

Made according to the charmat method. Attractive deep pink colour, with delicate and persistent bubbles. Raspberry and strawberry aromas. Fresh and balanced acidity.

Tacama is the oldest vineyard in South America, dating back to 1540.
