Taste and color for stews with flavor.
In its elaboration, the best of Cuenca is collected, providing an intense aroma and a very characteristic flavor in rice, stews and salads such as Romesco and Xató.
The ñora is a variety of bell pepper native to the Levant of Spain and very appreciated in Mediterranean cuisine. Small in size and round in shape, it is dried in strings and used in the form of paprika or pulp (after hydration). Thanks to its sweet flavor and intense aroma, it is ideal for seasoning countless stews and sauces.
