Medium-high green olive fruitiness with ripe notes of fresh fruit. At the beginning, the vegetal tones of artichoke, tomato, apple and green banana stand out, with hints of wild flowers and plants such as fennel, good grass and blackberry.

Elegant and sweet on the palate, reminiscent of the aromas perceived on the nose. Light bitterness and progressive spiciness until the end of the throat. Medium structure and very balanced.
