Sal de Ibiza table salt type "Granito" (little grain) is a completely untreated sea salt. It is not refined, only dried in the sun and then ground.

"Granito" does not contain bleaching agents or additives. Instead, it is rich in natural minerals and trace elements due to the careful extraction and the exceptionally good water quality in the nature reserve "Parque Natural de Ses Salines d'Eivissa", where Sal de Ibiza is harvested.

Granito deliberately does not contain any anticaking agents, in order to maintain its pourability, it is coarser than conventional table salt.
