Sal de Ibiza Granito with Chili is rich with a generous amount of lightly ground pepper. Best for all those who like a little more spice and those who dare to eat spicy food. Ideal to add a spicy flavor to our salads and stews.

Sea salt (approx. 60%), paprika (approx. 40%, seeded). As always, this spicy ingredient is based on our sea salt 'granita'. Like other Sal de Ibiza salts, Granite is 100% raw sea salt.

It is unrefined, just sun-dried and then grated. It contains no additives such as lyes or anti-caking agents. On the contrary, it is rich in natural minerals and trace elements thanks to careful extraction and excellent water quality in the nature reserve 'Parque Natural de Ses Salines d'Eivissa', where Sal de Ibiza salt originates.
