Túnel de Mallorca is the result of the best family tradition together with the passion for offering quality products. It is made from different Mediterranean herbs, most of them grown organically in the family-owned fincas.
This 22% abv spirit embodies the Mallorcan liqueur tradition. Made from agricultural alcohol and distilled aniseed, then macerated with 7 typical Mediterranean aromatic plants (orange tree leaf, lemon tree leaf, lemon verbena, fennel, rosemary, chamomile and lemon balm).
A sweet, refined liqueur with digestive qualities, ideal for after-dinner drinks, to be served on the rocks or chilled.
It is pale green in colour. To the nose it gives off fresh herbal aromas. On the palate it is smooth and has a very pleasant sweet taste. It can be enjoyed on its own or in as part of a coktail.
Its origins lie in the apothecary tradition of the monasteries of Mallorca, and today it is one of the best-known herbal liqueurs in the Balearic Islands.
It is produced by the Antonio Nadal distillery, founded in 1898 by Antonio Nadal Muntaner in the municipality of Marratxí, Mallorca.
