Keep refrigerated, ideally between 0º and 4º C. Once opened, always keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
Method of preparation: Always heat before eating.
With microwave: Without removing the omelette from the packaging, pierce the top plastic from side to side in the microwave at maximum power.
- Juicy: Heat for 2 minutes.
- More curdled: Heat for two and a half minutes. Let the omelette rest for 1 minute on the plate.
With frying pan: Remove the omelette from the tin, add a drizzle of Virgin Olive Oil to the frying pan, with the frying pan on medium heat.
- Juicy: Heat 1 minute on each side.
- More curdled: Heat for 1 minute and a half on each side.
